Hold down power and down volume, when it restarts, as soon as anything pops up let go of volume down then let go of power. Then volume down to where the screen reads recovery mode, then click on power button. If it comes up “no command”, FROM THAT SCREEN, and VERY FAST, click power button and HOLD, click and release VOLUME UP and release power button, “Android Recovery” screen should pop up. So, 1. Push/Hold/POWER & VOLUME DOWN. 2. Wait for the phone to restart 3. When it does RELEASE both buttons. 4. VOLUME DOWN until your screen says like, “Recovery mode” 5. Then click POWER BUTTON 6. If “NO COMMAND” shows up on screen, QUICKLY Push/Hold/POWER 7. Push/release/VOLUME UP 8. RELEASE/POWER. “Android Recovery” should come up.

Yes, helped immensely. Having followed the steps given above, getting the initial menu and selecting the recovery option, I kept getting the ‘no command’ screen. Pressing both the up volume and the power key together (just for a second or two) did not work for me originally but it did work after a number of tries.
My phone is actually working properly again (the priority, data lost of no consequence now) and not rebooting every 10-20 seconds every time I turned it on. So thanks very much to all contributors.

I have non solution yet. M’y phone cant even go completly off. when i presse power botton and volume, it show no comand . When booted, it show only techno on thé screen. But cant boot
I’ve been able to get it out of “no command” mode BUT, yesterday my phone screen went all black and at the bottom left of the screen in very small white print it said “reboot mode…” Or something like that and could NOT get it fixed. I eventually gave up (because it would not charge) and left it plugged in and hours later it was back on. SUPER FRUSTRATING! I HATE Android, I’m TEAM IPHONE 100%!
